Abstract
Background : Employee job satisfaction is one of the most important points of view that must be considered by the organization. Employee job satisfaction can improve performance employees who will have a positive influence on service quality and ultimately lead to patient satisfaction
Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance at Ngaglik 2 Public Health Center, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta
Methods : This is a quantitative study using primary data with a sample of 42 people taken by total sampling and analyzed bivariately using Chi-square.
Result : The result of the bivariate analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance showed a significance value of 0,372 ( >0,05).
Conclusion : There is no relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance
