Methods: This sampling tecnique is total sampling and statistical test using Spearman Rank Test.

Results: The results of the Spearman Rank show that the significant value of p= >0.119 with a correlation coefficient of 0.190

Conclusion: There is no relationship between mother’s knowledge about diarrhea and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five at Posyandu Wijaya Kusuma, Padukuhan Taskombang Bantul Yogyakarta
